• Quality system
  • In order to meet the objectives set by the company as the second-source supplier, pursue the Quality Management Policy endorsed by the company’s top management, a documented quality management system has been developed, introduced and maintained within the company for purchasing, storing, rechecking, packaging and supplying the electronic components manufactured domestically and abroad for military equipment.
    

    The company’s documented quality management system meets the requirements set forth in the GOST R ISO 9001 and RD V 319.010 standards.
    Radioexport Foreign Economic Associationguarantees observation of the following quality management principles:
    
    -           Analyzing the supplier’s certificates status and availability;

    -           Analyzing the purchased products quality across the range of items planned for supplies;

    -           Taking account of the purchased and supplied products with traceability from the manufacturer to the consumer;

    -           Creating generalized integrated orders, compiling support documents, arranging transportation, storage, rechecking and packaging (repackaging) items and their supply to the consumer;

    -           Arranging and holding inspections, acceptance tests, screening and certification procedures, diagnostic non-destructive control as well as rechecking product batches before shipping them to consumers.

    
    
    
    

• Warranty maintenance
  • The supplier assures the Goods compliance with the specifications certified by the manufacturer and sets the warranty period from the moment of Goods delivery to the customer pursuant to the terms defined by the manufacturing company and set forth in the contract.
  • The Goods are delivered with support documents from the manufacturing companies.
